In this role, youll ensure the safe and efficient execution of the production plan for your assigned shift, achieving the four key metrics of EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), QFS (Quality, Food Safety), Cost, and Service.
Youll lead the coordination of your lines team members, fostering collaboration and clear communication with maintenance and support functions to prevent downtime and optimize performance. Working closely with administrative and service teams, youll guarantee that all processes run smoothly, standards are met, and targets are consistently achieved. This position is based in Queretaro
