As a Production Supervisor at Forvia, you will be responsible for ensuring the Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) performance of your designated groups. Your duties include setting targets, implementing plans, and tracking results to drive continuous improvement. You will lead your team in problem‑solving initiatives, facilitate workshops on quality improvement methods, handle personnel issues, manage the team, and foster individual development. Safety is paramount; you will maintain compliance with Group Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards and work to mitigate risks and improve working conditions.

Minimum Education Level

• Associate's degree in engineering/Diploma, with a specialization in Production
