Overview

Responsible for the quality, delivery time, cost, safety and morale in the Production Department. Exercise the power to guide, coordinate, supervise and manage the production process.

Qualifications

College graduate and above with 5 years of experience handling manufacturing production processes. Competency in:

  • Good leadership skills
  • Good communication skills; Efficient planning
  • Ability to do cost analysis
  • Lean manufacturing capability
  • Responsible and able to take charge
