  • Good leadership skills

  • Have the ability to do cost analysis
  • Lean manufacturing capability
  • Responsible, able to take charge

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the quality, delivery time, cost, safety and morale of the Production Department.
  • Exercise the power to guide, coordinate, supervise and manage the production process.
