• Supervising production lines and its components with a high degree of quality, efficiency and accuracy.
• Skilled in addressing and resolving issues that may arise, aiming for minimal disruption.
• Capable of planning and prioritizing operations to optimize performance and minimize delays.
• Ensure the attainment of high productivity with optimized production cost.
• Proficient in coordinating production workflow for one or multiple products.
• Ability to monitor jobs and achieve desired output levels.
• Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or its equivalent
• Preferably with at least two (2) years of experience in supervising a production line
• Capable of directing and coordinating activities to achieve efficiency and compliance
