Production Supervisor

Job Summary Supervises production team in assigned department(s). Improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost. Increase team skills and capabilities. Continuously improve level of associate satisfaction while improving efficiency. Duties & Responsibilities Supervise the safe operation of all production processes. Continually monitor area and solicit feedback from associates. Enforce all safety rules and regulations. Supervise team members and ensure effective employee relations. Resolve issues through problem resolution. Confer with management to resolve complex associate issues. Interview, select, orient, train, conduct performance appraisals, performance development, schedule, and approve hours. Provide leadership for associate relations through effective communication, coaching, training, and development.
