Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in any course
- At least 5 years experience in Production operations in the semiconductor industry
- Good understanding of HR Management and staff assessment and training
- With strong planning, organization, implementation, communication and coordination capabilities, and can properly deal with legal situations
- Familiar with quality management systems, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and other related standards
- Familiar with computer system operations, MS Office and ERP
- Can speak and understand Basic Mandarin
- Must be willing to work in Subic Bay Freeport Zone
- Must be willing to work from Monday to Saturday
