Production Supervisor (Open to Fresh Graduates of Industrial Engineering)

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Engineering course (Industrial, Electronics, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related disciplines preferred).
• Open to fresh graduates of BS in Industrial Engineering with good scholastic records.
• Preferably with 2–5 years of relevant experience in a semiconductor or electronics manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledgeable in capacity planning, standard time, cycle time, production planning, Direct Labor Cost (DLC), and productivity analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and production planning tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
