This role combines hands-on support with strong leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. The supervisor drives process improvement initiatives, supports continuous improvement activities, and serves as the first line of maintenance review before engaging maintenance teams. The position also includes daily reporting, workforce development, and close monitoring of production performance, downtime, and scrap.
