Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Production Supervisor for our Metcalfe plant located at 6860 Bank Street, Ottawa, ON K0A 2P0. The Production Supervisor is responsible for ensuring excellence in the sector in terms of leadership, employee coaching and development, occupational health and safety, productivity, product quality, equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, and cleanliness of the areas.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise the hourly employees
- Master and apply the collective agreement
- Participate in OHS and maintenance activities
- Issue work permits
- Lead daily and weekly meetings
