Production Supervisor

We’re looking for a hands‑on Production Supervisor with experience in high-volume production settings such as liquid processing, food and beverage, paint, consumer products, or the wine industry. The ideal candidate understands filling and packaging operations or in a similar environment, is comfortable working closely with frontline production employees, and knows how to motivate teams while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.

The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading production and maintenance teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality manufacturing operations. This role oversees daily production activities, maintains compliance with safety and quality standards, and drives continuous improvement initiatives.

Salary: $75,000–$80,000
