Duties
Plan, control, and monitor production activities on the shop floor to ensure output targets are met.
Ensure the continuous flow of materials so that required parts and resources are available in a timely manner.
Drive lean manufacturing practices, including 5S, and waste elimination initiatives.
Lead and support continuous improvement projects aimed at improving efficiency, reducing costs, and optimising resource utilisation.
Collaborate closely with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to quickly resolve production issues.
