Supervise effective working of production process, prepare effective production schedules, implement and prioritize all production plans and recommend strategies to improve processes and operation.

Career Level:

With at least five (5) years relevant or 2 years Supervisory experience in a Manufacturing industry.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science and Technology, Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or other related fields.

  • Professional license obtained from related fields of expertise is an advantage.

  • With excellent ability to lead, coach, and develop group of personnel assigned in routine to complex operational processes.

  • With advanced knowledge in quality and food safety.

  • Embodies positive working attitude, systematic approach, analytical and conceptual ability, mental alertness, focus, and excellent communication skills.
