Supervise effective working of production process, prepare effective production schedules, implement and prioritize all production plans and recommend strategies to improve processes and operation.
Career Level:
With at least five (5) years relevant or 2 years Supervisory experience in a Manufacturing industry.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science and Technology, Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or other related fields.Professional license obtained from related fields of expertise is an advantage.With excellent ability to lead, coach, and develop group of personnel assigned in routine to complex operational processes.With advanced knowledge in quality and food safety.Embodies positive working attitude, systematic approach, analytical and conceptual ability, mental alertness, focus, and excellent communication skills.
