Production Supervisor — Lean Ops & Quality Champion

Ultra Clean Technology is seeking a Supervisor, Production in Malaysia to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure manpower is effectively planned, and support timely shipments. The role drives product quality, resolves line issues, and leads cross-training to build team flexibility.

Required are a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering and 6–8 years of production operations experience, with strong team management and knowledge of lean and 5S practices.
