Production Supervisor

Job Purpose Provides leadership in managing company resources to produce quality products efficiently, cost effectively, and within design specifications to achieve organizational objectives. Supervises multiple departments on the manufacturing floor, including Dip Braze, Weld, Chemical Lines, Waste Treatment, Shipping and special process items. Works collaboratively with other managers, supervisors, leads and HR in the business for overall success. Key Accountabilities / Job Functions Responsible for the supervision in the above areas of the factory on all shifts. Follow scheduled operations in support of customer commitments.
