Job Title: Production Supervisor – Compression Molding
Location: F-69/A, SITE Karachi
Department: Plastic Production
Reports to: Manager Production
Job Overview:
Supervise and ensure smooth, efficient production in the compression molding section while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production as per shift plan.
Monitor machine parameters and reduce product defects.
Track production reports: material usage, efficiency, rejection ratio.
Ensure QMS, customer, and social compliance.
Manage shift labor, resource allocation, material handling, and waste.
Maintain production documents and enforce health & safety practices.
Minimize machine downtime and production waste.
Requirements:
Age: 30–40
Knowledge of compression molding machinery
Strong technical competency
Qualification: Intermediate or DAE (Electrical / Mechanical)
Experience: 2–5 years ...
