This Supervisor position involves overseeing production teams and managing schedules to ensure compliance with GMP and SQDC guidelines. You will coach employees, hold daily meetings, and facilitate operational plans to drive quality and efficiency. Collaborating closely with associates, you will identify challenges and propose solutions to enhance workflow and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review production schedules and manage team assignments
• Hold daily meetings to set production expectations
• Monitor KPI activities to resolve daily challenges
• Recommend process improvements for equipment and quality
• Support talent development and performance management
Requirements:
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient in MRP/ERP and MS Office tools
