We're hiring a Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations on the shop floor, ensuring safe, high-quality, and on-time production while building a high-performance, accountable technician team. This role is critical to scaling our manufacturing operations and bridging execution between production, engineering, and quality.
You'll be hands-on in the factory, driving output, resolving issues in real time, and setting the standard for performance, professionalism, and culture on the floor.
