Production Supervisor (HDR)

Description

Position at Samtec, Inc Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:1. Responsible to manage, lead and supervise a team to achieve the organizational objectives.2. Be the area owner and accountable for the area / department performance metrics such as safety, quality, delivery, cost, ROCK (Remove, Organize, Clean, Keep), etc.3. Ensure company policies are clearly communicated with the production team. Ensure EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) and quality regulatory requirement compliance.4. Provide proper training to the associates and ensure they are certified to perform their job with the tools provided according to the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) / WI (Work Instruction).5. Conduct regular 1:1 and weekly communication meetings with associates to provide/receive updates, feedback, and discuss development and calibration of expectations.6.
