Production Supervisor

The Opportunity:

As Production Supervisor you will lead a high‑performance operations team, promote a safety‑first culture, and drive continuous improvement in a fast‑paced food processing environment.

Compensation: $62,000 – $91,000 CAD base pay annually plus an annual short‑term incentive. Base salary may vary based on skills, experience, and other factors. Part‑time roles are paid according to scheduled hours. Eligible for the Maple Leaf annual short‑term incentive plan.
