**Job Description**
The Production Supervisor leads and coordinates daily manufacturing operations to ensure production goals are met efficiently, safely, and with consistently high quality standards. This role oversees day-to-day activities on the production floor, manages and develops production staff, and drives continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
