Production Supervisor

Job Description:

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for meeting production requirements, controlling labor costs, staffing the job site, assigning personnel, and meeting leadership, motivational, mentoring, and people development requirements. Responsible for implementing policies, procedures and training to ensure a safe work environment. Acts as management representative on the production floor. Strives to make continuous improvements in production operations. 



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Engineering degree completed.
  • 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Processes.
  • Experience in rotational molding. 
  • Experience in plastic injection molding.
  • Personnel management.
  • Lean Manufacturing.
  • ISO experience.
  • Six Sigma.
