**Your Job**
As a Production Supervisor at Molex, your primary objective will be to execute the production program by optimizing human, material, and equipment resources. You will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient production operations while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
**Our Team**
You will be working within the Global Shared Plants (GSP) division, a key corporate function dedicated to maintaining streamlined production processes. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, Production Manager, or Director of Engineering and Manufacturing, you'll lead a team of production operators in our Guadalajara facility.
**What You Will Do**
- Execute and oversee the production schedule to optimize resources effectively.
- Manage and control materials on the production floor to ensure smooth operations.
- Lead efforts in Lean Manufacturing, implementing techniques such as Kanban and Poka Yoke.
