Job Description

We are a label & sticker manufacturing factory. We want to find good staff to enhance our production team. The job requirements are as follows:

Job Responsibilities

• Planning and Scheduling Production Orders
• Monitoring Material availability and ensure timely closure of production orders
• Coordinate department and supplier activities and projects to ensure quality and meet timelines
• Recommend and coordinate required changes based on process analysis
• Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Responsible to meet department productivity and quality goals
• Responsible for staff scheduling includes work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, and back-up for absent employees
