Production Supervisor

POSITION SUMMARY:

Assists the production manager/senior production supervisor in creating and maintaining a shop floor condition that fosters and promotes safety, quality, lean thinking, process reliability, employee involvement, continuous improvement. Embodies a desire to achieve Advantek goals and objectives and a commitment to meet customer needs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervises and directs the assigned shift’s employees’ adherence to work instructions, procedures and standards in order to produce quality products that meet customer demands in a cost-effective manner.
• Assists the Sr Production Supervisor in generating an optimal production manpower scheduling aligned with the planning group and ensures that the information is shared with the setup and production personnel clearly and in organized manner
