Job Description

The Production Supervisor holds overall responsibility for the correct and efficient operation of the production line during his shift. The main function is to meet set production targets with highest quality and highest practicable efficiencies. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure safety requirements are fulfilled within his Shift

  • Participate in Identifying Safety Risks within the operation area and work with the team to minimize its score

  • Responsible for production of good quality product

  • Ensure the correct raw materials and packaging materials used for production during the shift.

  • Ensure sufficient supply of materials to his area in a timely manner where required.

  • Supervision of all production dept. activities line operation with good efficiency and labour control.
