Job Description
Oversee and ensure a smooth and efficient production operations – that the plant is achieving its targets and maintaining quality standards. Leads and supervises production personnel as well as all other workers assigned inside the plant during shift.
Qualifications:
1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
2. At least 2 years of supervisory working experience in all facets of production with direct product responsibility
3. Specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
4. Adept in handling and supervising people
5. Knowledgeable in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
6. Highly motivated with a positive working attitude
7. Must be willing to work in Tablon, Cagayan de Oro
