Overview of the role :



Reporting to the Production Manager, this role is responsible for the leading & implementing all training programs for hourly Production employees. This position will ensure compliance with all policies and procedures in relation to training for all Production employees. In addition, this position will be responsible for the onboarding, orientation, and training for all new hires in Production.
