WHAT YOU WILL DO


  • Develop daily production planning:
  • Control all aspects from material availability, floor stock, and other factors that may impact daily production execution.
    Execute daily production planning for the assigned production lines (Hard Candy & Eclairs, Dragee, and Gum & MCG).
    Review daily production plans against actual execution.
  • Manage production line:
  • Control production line activities to ensure all product SKUs are produced on time and in the required quantities.
    Manage production resources (people, equipment, materials and other resources) efficiently to achieve the required productivity.
    Maintain a strong, disciplined, and highly motivated production team.
    Collaborate with Planning, Engineering, and QC teams to achieve optimal operational synergy.
