Production Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for a hands-on Production Supervisor to join a busy manufacturing operation in Bedale. This is a key role responsible for supporting the smooth running of production, ensuring targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will lead by example, supporting and motivating the production team while also being actively involved in operating machinery and the day-to-day running of the production area. Key Responsibilities Ensure daily production plans are achieved, meeting customer requirements for quality, quantity, and timescales.
