POSITION SUMMARY
:
Support the Production Manager in spray drying operations and supervise workers on rotating shifts for drying, labeling, and packaging according to schedules and specifications.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Trouble shoot process, equipment, and quality issues. Investigate, determine root cause, create a corrective action plan and correct the issue. Report to management. Accurately assess when to call in additional support from maintenance and management Keep Management/Supervision informed of changing conditions Ability to read and understand process Instructions, work instruction, SOP, Policies, flow charts, HEC’s, and supporting documentation required to complete daily tasks and Process runs.
