Lead production activities with Mosaic as a Production Supervisor in Esterhazy, Saskatchewan. Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in daily operations at the plant.
In this supervisory role, you will oversee day-to-day production activities while engaging with hourly employees and management. Key responsibilities include maintaining safe operating conditions, training staff, and facilitating communication across teams. You will also assist in implementing process improvements and managing audits and work permits to support overall plant efficiency.
