RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Follow all Workplace Safety procedures

  • Follow all Food Safety Program procedures

  • Production Management team support for daily duties, ensuring the execution of all production, safety, and food safety requirements

  • Ensure strict Quality Control of all ingredients, products and packaging

  • Organize, direct and coach line worker staff to develop efficient production practices

  • Ensure all Plant Paperwork is accurately and fully completed for production, packaging, sanitation, and all aspects of the OKFD Food Safety Program

  • Ensure safe work practices are performed by all staff

  • Provide line coverage when lunches or other duties are a priority for Line Worker staff to achieve daily goals

  • All other duties as assigned

  • Basic computer, reading, writing, and mathematical skills
