We have an immediate opportunity for a Production Supervisor to join us at our diverse team. The Production Supervisor will ensure delivery in production lines of Distributors. Keep and develop the skills training workers. Deliver material according to production planned on-time. Keep the KPI´s in goal.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Develop people in charge to be multi-tasks
- Develop skills for deliveries on time with all the supply chain
- Payroll control and management
- Make sure all the deliveries of production orders are completed On-time
- Reports creation
- Participate in RCPS meetings and problem solving
- Keep the KPI´s in goal
- Solve 4 steps monthly (Ishikawa)
- Keep team updated with relevant information
