• Position Snapshot A Production Supervisor is commonly expected to direct and coordinate manufacturing operations of a single shift to meet company objectives and standards as to employee relations, safety, quality, efficiency, quantity, training, and environmental compliance and to coach associates in continuous improvement always serving as a positive role model by setting a good example.  Works daily to ensure assigned areas of responsibility are working with risk lowered to As Low As Reasonably Achievable (ALARA) specifically to achieve ZERO HARM so no injuries, illness, or negative impact occurs to employees, property, the environment, or the community.
