Title: Production Supervisor, 2nd shift, 2nd Shift Req ID: 9063 City, State: Irving, TX Reports to: Production Manager Classification: Exempt Job Description Summary: The Production Supervisor is responsible for the effective placement and utilization of team members, equipment, and other resources to ensure quality product, consistently high yields, and line efficiency. Utilizing a One Team, One Mission approach, this position collaborates with and supports the efforts of multiple departments (e.g. other Production lines, Safety, Quality Assurance, Maintenance and Sanitation), to achieve food/personal safety and minimize downtime, inedible, seconds and excessive costs. Essential Functions Use effective supervision, training, and ongoing feedback to empower teams to meet/exceed expectations for productivity, quality assurance, waste management and food/personal safety.
