Job Description
Reporting to the Business Unit Leader at our Council Bluffs, IA facility, local producers of Marie Callendar, Healthy Choice, Banquet products and more **,** you will lead plant operations and process improvement efforts by guiding teams to achieve production, quality, safety, and cost targets. You will identify and resolve production constraints, ensure resources are aligned to daily plans, and foster an engaged, team-oriented workforce that drives continuous improvement and business results.
