Job Summary
The Production Technician is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment throughout the noodle manufacturing process. The role ensures efficient machine operation, product quality, food safety, and compliance with production standards from raw material preparation through packaging.
Key Responsibilities
Machine Operations & Line Safety
- Operate noodle production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Perform machine start-up, shutdown, and routine operational checks.
- Monitor machine performance and report equipment abnormalities.
- Follow lockout/tagout (LOTO) and workplace safety procedures.
Raw Material Feeding & Sanitation
- Prepare and feed raw materials into production equipment according to production schedules.
- Verify raw materials before use and ensure proper handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of machines, tools, and work areas....
