Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead production teams during assigned shifts to maximize output and efficiency
  • Ensure adherence to production schedules, including timely start‑ups, shutdowns, and changeovers
  • Oversee receiving, handling, and feeding of raw materials to prevent contamination and waste
  • Monitor and report daily raw material consumption to maintain accurate inventory and reduce scrap rates
  • Ensure finished products meet defined quality specifications and standards
  • Enforce inspection and quarantine procedures for non‑conforming materials
  • Implement and uphold workplace safety practices, including 5S activities and routine inspections
  • Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
