Production Shift Supervisor

Job Summary:

Responsible for leading and coordinating production activities during assigned shifts to meet output, quality, and safety targets. Ensures smooth operations, proper manpower allocation, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor shift operations to achieve production targets.
• Ensure product quality, process efficiency, and timely delivery.
• Lead and guide operators and line leaders; manage attendance and discipline.
• Enforce safety rules and maintain a clean, organized workplace (5S).
• Coordinate with Engineering, QA, and Maintenance on line issues.
• Prepare shift reports and ensure proper handover between shifts.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1 years' experience in production supervision, preferably in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing.
