Responsibilities

• Train and supervise team members on shift.
• Identify maintenance issues, order repairs and provide technical guidance.
• Inspect equipment and products for quality purposes, ensuring standards are met.
• Meet daily and weekly productivity and quality targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized sorting area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the leadership team.
