Key Responsibilities

Production Performance Analysis

• Analyze daily and weekly production KPIs including Earned Hours, Utilization, OEE, Setup Time, Throughput, WIP, Backlog, and Schedule Adherence.


• Identify performance gaps versus plan and trigger corrective actions using structured problem-solving tools (Pareto, 5 Whys, Fishbone).


• Support recovery plans when KPIs are off target.


• Support production and planning teams with sequencing, load balancing, and prioritization of work orders.


• Analyze short- and mid-term capacity versus demand scenarios.


• Assess operational impact of changes in product mix, volume, or material constraints.


• Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, and internal manufacturing systems.


• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Vertiv Operating System (VOS) metrics.
