Job Description
ob Responsibilities:
- Ensure the schedule is followed, including timely start-ups, shutdowns, and changeovers
- Monitor moulding parameters (temperature, pressure, curing time) and escalates abnormalities.
- Maintain accurate production records and shift logs.
- Conduct in‑process checks and ensure operators follow inspection standards.
- Identify defects such as flash, short shots, burns, or incomplete curing and report to the Assistant Shift Supervisor.
- Assist operators with basic troubleshooting of moulding machines and auxiliary equipment.
- Supervise the receiving, handling, and feeding of raw materials into the production process to prevent contamination or waste.
- Ensure all finished products adhere to quality specifications and standards.
- Ensure proper inspection and quarantine of materials that fail to meet specifications.
