Production Section Head

Your Role

The Production Section Head is responsible for directing all operations on the production line (HMC,UHI Casting or LI Casting). The primary responsibility is the supervision of all Supervisors, Shift Leaders and Team Leaders/Coordinators to ensure delivery of daily target launch, productivity, EER, service levels, and compliance with standards.

Requires close coordination with Logistics, Engineering, Quality, LIFE/CI, and Maintenance teams to maintain optimum production schedule, high-performing equipment, efficient processes, smooth product flows, and good quality.
