Responsibilities

  • Implements Good Manufacturing Practices, Safety Procedurs, Company Rules & Regulations.
  • Monitors machine shutdown and all materials (good and rejects) are properly segregated, weighed, labeled and placed in designated areas.
  • Ensure that the standards set specifications are being met to attain good quality product.
  • Ensure compliance to estabalished ISO/HACCP/ Food Safety Management systems.
  • Consolidates daily report (Daily Production Report, Inventory, CAR & etc) on line operations for submission.
  • Informs the production manager on all matters affecting operations
  • Reviews, daily, weekly and monthly production reports, plans and schedules.
