Job Description

BMW Group in Mexico is seeking a Process Leader to drive productivity, quality, and human development within the area. You will manage multidisciplinary teams across multiple shifts, ensuring excellence is delivered in every unit produced.

You will own shift output, product quality, and cost management, lead root cause analysis, and participate in planning of new facilities and major repairs, while guiding audits to uphold BMW Group standards.
