Role Overview

The Production Planning Head is responsible for end-to-end production planning, scheduling, and control to ensure on-time delivery, optimal capacity utilization, cost efficiency, and quality compliance in garment manufacturing. The role acts as the central coordination point between merchandising, sourcing, production, quality, and logistics. The company have 400 clients to cater in a year with an average quantity of 30- 200 pcs in a particular order. There is no line production because of the limited quantities for each order.
