Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and forecasts
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for timely availability of raw materials
- Monitor WIP (Work-in-Progress), actual production output, and machine performance
- Track planned vs. actual production and support corrective action implementation
- Maintain production trackers
- Prepare and share MIS/reports such as OEE, OTIF, WIP, and machine utilization
- Participate in daily production review meetings and update planning status
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery in alignment with customer schedules
- Support 5S, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience: Prior experience in PPC / Production Planning in a manufacturing environment preferred
