Production Planner

PRODUCTION PLANNER

Our client, a Blue chip Manufacturing company based in the Vaal Triangle, has a vacancy for a qualified and experienced Mechanical artisan. The role assists in everyday production activities, prioritises daily tasks, compiles quotes, processes orders, addresses scrapper issues, and handles daily administrative tasks. The candidate will communicate with other departments daily to resolve any issues concerning quotes or orders.

Qualifications

• Matric/N3
• Qualified fitter and turner (Red seal).
• Knowledge of the roll manufacturing process.
• Read and understand technical drawings.
• Minimum 5 years’ manufacturing turning experience.
• Computer literate (MS Office, MS Projects, Excel, SAP, Access)
• Willing to work extra hours.
• Fluent in English.
