Production Planner

Purpose of this role:

Plan production activities to ensure fulfillment of master schedule and utilize production capacity.

Main duties:

  • Create and maintain accurate production plan to support master schedule taking committed capacity into consideration
  • Coordinate RMA repairs – maintain non standard work orders
  • Open work orders in Oracle and jMDS as per production plan
  • Follow up work order activities analyse/clean variances and prepare closure keep work order aging under plant target
  • Follow up on execution of work orders - realign production plan

    • Skills, experiences:

  • Knowledge of tools and systems used
  • Understanding of production processes
  • Good analytical skills
  • Experience in MS excel
  • Decision making
  • Understanding of MRP system logic
  • Good communication skills
